Refund and Exchange Policy**
At VercoTex Innovations, we value your satisfaction.
Refunds or exchanges are available for products that are defective or damaged upon delivery, do not match product description, or were incorrectly shipped.
Please ensure that refund requests are submitted within 30 days of receiving your product.
**Non-Refundable Items** Please note that certain items are not eligible for refunds or exchanges.
This products damaged due to improper use, custom-made items, products returned the 30-day window, and items that have been used or altered. **Refund Process**
